A planned handover for an existing tenancy.
Start by checking the notice period and any obligations in your current management agreement. Once the change is agreed, we can liaise with the current manager about keys, rent records, tenancy documents, bond information and outstanding maintenance. The change of manager does not by itself require a new tenancy.
